Ingrid Gutierrez spent her childhood in Barranquilla, Colombia and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad del Norte in Industrial Engineering. After completing her education, Ms. Gutierrez became a Quality Assurance Coordinator - developing procedure and function manuals for the ISO 9001 Quality Certification. After moving to South Florida, she joined abc Distributing for two years as an Industrial Engineer in the Operations and Logistics department. Ingrid is currently working for a Real Estate Investment company as the Administrative Manager. She has experience in operations research, data analysis, cost/time reduction analysis and process improvement. Ronald Gutierrez was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, on April 11,1976. His initial education was done at the German High School. He obtained his Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineer at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla in 1999. He worked as a mold designer using C.N.C machines where he applied new techniques in the manufacturing processes. He completed a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Florida International University. His research is focused in Fluid Mechanics and its applications in dynamic cell seeding in Tissue Engineering. Design, control and simulation of new and existing medical equipment are among his areas of interests. Ronald is currently working on his Biomedical Engineering PHD Thesis.
